Lol just an update. They’re charging us $160 for switching from cable and WiFi to just WiFi. Like I’m still their customer and they still charge us. Unreal. When we buy a home I’ll make sure we have Spectrum. @CoxHelp @CoxComm

@CoxComm @CoxCalifornia Your company cannot charge $49 for unlimited data if the customer NEVER ordered it. In my case I caught the $49 for unlimited data immediately and canceled it. Apparently Cox can continue to charge and even back charge for something I never added. @FTC

So when I disconnected @CoxComm service the guy that I spoke to told me to leave my equipment. I’m now 3 states away with a $200 extra charge because he was wrong. And ofc Cox isn’t fixing it because why would they when they are a garbage group anyways.
