How do I get a H-E-B partner card? ›

Discount Cards

You may request the 1 additional Partner discount card either by phone at 210-938-7555 (or toll free at 1-800-597-0653) or online at heb.com/perks. No person other than you (the Partner) or your qualified family member will be eligible to receive the Partner discount.

Here are two steps to reset the H-E-B login password:

If you already have your physical Partner Card, even if it's a temporary paper card, you'll find your 16-digit Partner Card number and 8-digit PIN on the card. If you don't have your card, you can find it in MyPartnerInfo (MPI): Go to https://mypartnerinfo-ext.starbucks.com/partnerportal.

It should arrive approximately 7 to 10 business days after you place your order. If you do not receive your account materials within 10 business days, call Customer Service at 800-268-4739.

All Partners are paid on a weekly basis every Thursday. Your first paycheck will be processed the Monday after your first day of work.
