  @comcast If I would be a customer for life, why make me pay $4500.00 for .4 miles of running cable. We are in a rural area but we are one of the only houses on our road without access. You will make thousands of dollars over the years from our family…

  @XfinitySupport So the @Xfinity solution to this, turned out to be sending someone out the next day. Having them CUT the cable (no that's it - their crew only cut the cable hanging down). THEN you were good enough to call me and tell me everything was fixed!Thanks @XfinitySupport !
