@comcast If I would be a customer for life, why make me pay $4500.00 for .4 miles of running cable. We are in a rural area but we are one of the only houses on our road without access. You will make thousands of dollars over the years from our familyā¦

@XfinitySupport So the @Xfinity solution to this, turned out to be sending someone out the next day. Having them CUT the cable (no that's it - their crew only cut the cable hanging down). THEN you were good enough to call me and tell me everything was fixed!Thanks @XfinitySupport !

Let me be clear, Comcast: I don't want a quote. I want a transparent ala carte list of options for my business internet services. Automate your sales force; your human sales force does terrible work. Small businesses don't need a mattress salesman for internet and phone.

@comcast Tell your municipality to force Comcast to rebroadcast your local channels for free on these devices. Not everyone can get reliable over the air transmissions. @LocastOrg had to suspend their free rebroadcast service after losing a legal challenge. #FreeMunicipalBroadband
